1. Exercise Daily.





Exercise at least 1 hour daily. not by jogging, running, but you should get enough exercise in your daily life.  If you want to reduce a fat  fast, do some strenuous exercise.  For example, go faster for an hour. Alternatively, you can set a run and intervals to run at this time.  Make sure you do not feel too much pain during exercise.  The only caveat is that your muscles will ache after strenuous exercise.  It can be troublesome , but it means your body is changing for the better.  Stay hydrated regularly after exercise, stretch and eat protein-rich foods. Protein helps build muscle, not fat. It will keep you stress free till the end of the day.


2. Eat the right foods, at right time and portion each meal.


Taking the Good food at right time, will keep your health fit, maintaining a perfect gap for break fast, lunch, dinner.    
 It doesn't matter if your stomach tells you, that you will be looking for sweets with healthy food, try to stay away from sweets.  The sugar from the candies does not help to be in shape.  Even if it is just one lump of candy, it will eventually lead to something else.  Fruits and vegetables are an excellent food when dried.  For example, apples work well to nourish the stomach for 3-4 hours, there is thought that "An Apple keeps Doctor away". Raw vegetables such as beans and broccoli keep the digestive system clean and efficient.  And stick to lean meat like turkey and chicken.  Seafood such as shrimp, fish and tilapia is also a good alternative. 
 These foods are full of protein and healthy nutrients, which ensure that the muscles are healthy and ready for exercise.  Also, don't forget to analyze what you are eating. Having a good metabolism comes from eating a healthy diet.  Try to plan six meals a day and set small portions throughout the day, not three large meals.  It also helps to breathe better during exercise than to breathe in air.  This is because there will be less food in your digestive system, which means more energy is used to exercise.

 3. Observe your daily calories and diet. 



Monitoring the number of calories you eat in a day will be useful in arranging out your actual working out. Have you ever wondered why bodybuilders make so much weight?  This is because they aim to eat and get more (healthy) calories than the average person.  On the other hand, losing weight and striving to maintain your skin means more exercise than your calories.

 4. Make sure you are asleep. 


 Sleeping is an essential function in our daily life. Its Important because it allows you to fill your body and mind, leaving you refresh making you alert and alert when you wake up. "Early to bed Early to Raise" is thought which means sleep early & wake up early in the morning. as per Physician at least a person should sleep for 8 hours to keep your body healthy.
 Most adults need to sleep around 6-8 hours sleep. 

                            

 Children and adolescents need more sleep, especially if they are under five years of age.  Work time, daily stress, the environment in the bedroom, and medical conditions can prevent us from getting enough sleep.  Healthy eating and healthy lifestyle help ensure adequate sleep each night - but for some, chronic insomnia can be the first sign of sleep chaos.  
 

5. Encourage.

Encourage is a powerful tool that we can use to improve health and achieve our dreams and goals.  It's very important to set goals for your self, and I always believe in improving your self not only physically but also spiritually.  There are various things or tools we can use to motivate all of us to our ultimate goals.
