Exercise at least 1 hour daily. not by jogging, running, but you should get enough exercise in your daily life.  If you want to reduce a fat  fast, do some strenuous exercise.  For example, go faster for an hour. Alternatively, you can set a run and intervals to run at this time.  Make sure you do not feel too much pain during exercise.  The only caveat is that your muscles will ache after strenuous exercise.  It can be troublesome , but it means your body is changing for the better.  Stay hydrated regularly after exercise, stretch and eat protein-rich foods. Protein helps build muscle, not fat. It will keep you stress free till the end of the day. 2. Eat the right foods, at right time and portion each meal.
